Give yourself 90 minutes to pause, rest and be supported.

Held is an immersive aerial sound journey at Bend + Fly in West End. Relax in a suspended hammock as Becky plays deep-wave crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes and other resonant instruments.

There’s nothing to learn or achieve. You’re welcome to rest, notice what you feel and enjoy the sounds at your own pace.

Your ticket includes one aerial hammock place for the 90-minute session. Hammock places are limited to 18.
